Narcissa Black made her way out of the school and walked slowly towards the Black Lake. She often came to sit on the grass by the lake on warm and sunny days. This day was quite glorious. The sun was shining bright and there was a gentle breeze that blew her light blonde hair along her shoulders. There were not too many people out on the grounds yet, but it was quite early in the morning. She liked the idea of coming out here alone and just relaxing by the lake, though a certain Malfoy would always be glad company for her, no matter how much she wanted to be alone. Oh, how she loved Lucius Malfoy, wanted him in every sense of the word. Their pairing was something that was almost certain. It was obvious they both had affections for each other and them together would be the most perfect match. The only problem with that was, both were to stubborn to admit it. She dropped hints to him often, hoping he would eventually cave into her and make it obvious he wanted her. She was guilty of the same thing though. She would see his hints of affection, smile, maybe run a hand through her pale blonde hair and then back off like she was some kind of poisonous insect. She really didn't know why, it was just the way it was, until now. They had finally admitted their feelings for each other and then he kissed her. Not just an ordanairy kiss either, it sent chills down her spine like she had never before in her life felt.

She knew he wasn't interested in anyone else. Lucius had far too many important things on his mind to go chasing after every pretty girl in the school, and she definitely had eyes only for him. He alone was the only one she considered worthy of her. He was pure, handsome and had the same goals as she did, to join up with the Dark Lord and become his faithful servant. What she wasn't sure about now, was how things were going to go from here.

She approached the banks of the Black Lake, her crystal blue eyes looked upon the rippling waters. The bright sun reflecting it's glorious orange tint on the blackness of the lake. It was absolutely breathtaking. She loved this place and she would miss it when she was no longer a student here. She decided that she would spend as much time here as she could, remembering these times, remembering the few things about Hogwarts that she truly enjoyed. She kept her gaze upon the lake for a few moments and then moved slightly away from it. She chose a spot overlooking the lake by a large oak tree. She took her bag off of her shoulder and set it on the ground and removed her cloak and spread it neatly on the ground, and then sat herself on it. She peered around the grounds looking for any signs of anyone who was in her inner circle. That circle included her sister, Bellatrix, Lucius Malfoy, Severus Snape and a few others. These were the people she ran with, the ones she trusted. She did have a few barbed exchanges with Severus, as at times she was not quite certain where his loyalties were, but he had proven himself several times to her and Lucius seemed to trust him.

She wanted to talk to them about a few ideas she had in mind, a thought that had come to her in a dream. She knew they would definitely be interested.

She reached into the bag she brought out with her and pulled out a roll of parchment, her ink bottle and her eagle feather quill and began writing a letter home to her parents. She wrote them often, letting them know how she was doing and what she was up to. Her mother always dropped little hints about Lucius in them, now Narcissa would be writing to her mother telling her she had finally given into Lucius' charm and that would be quite a celebration in the noble house of Black.

Bellatrix groggily crossed the grounds towards the Black Lake, wobbling to the side every couple steps out of exhaustion. She may have been half asleep, but she was still awake enough to send glares at every student who dared to send her strange looks at her state. She quite enjoyed her sleep, and preferred to sleep in on days without classes, but Cissa had requested her and a few others of their inner circle meet her by the lake around this time. Believe it or not, Bella actually values her family (with few exceptions...) very much, so she trudged her way out of bed to meet her sister down at the lake.

Cissa hadn't specified much about why she asked for their attendance at the lake, all she said was she wanted to discuss 'a few ideas'. Bella knew her sister very well, and was pretty sure she could piece together what it was.

She spotted her sister sitting on her cloak under a large oak tree. Keeping quiet as she could, she moved closer towards Cissa. When she was just a few feet away she saw her sister had been writing a letter to their parents. Once she was right behind her sister, she crouched down low and whispered "PS, Bella says hello." hoping to catch her sister off guard.

As Narcissa continued writing her letter to her Mother she never noticed Bella coming up behind her. She heard her words and her hands immediately dropped her quill and within a quick moment she stood up and spun around her wand in hand. An evil grin spread on her lips as she saw it was her sister. "Bella awake at this time of the morning?" She said in a teasing voice, her arm holding her wand dropping to the side. "We have much to discuss my dear sister." She motioned for her to sit down on the ground where she had been sitting before Bella interupted her writing.

"First thing that I have to tell you is that Lucius and I had a bit of a discussion last night." She smirked at her sister and continued. "Let's just say that he and I finally know where we stand with each other. We all knew it was going to happen but you know us, we are so stubborn, neither of us would admit our feelings for each other. Call it a week moment if you will, on both our parts, but let me tell you Bella, it was definitely worth the wait."

She adjusted herself on the ground to a half laying position, laying on her right side facing Bella and she absent mindedly ran her fingers along the blades of grass on the ground.

"I have an idea Bella and as far as I know, there hasn't been anything like it, at least here anyway since one Tom Riddle attended Hogwarts." Her eyes shone with a mixture of both excitement and sinistry, her smirk becoming more defined. "I have asked you, Lucius, Severus, Regulas, Melanie and Rudolphus to join me here this morning. We have much to discuss."

Melanie tiredly made her way to the Black Lake, wondering what it was that was so important that she had to be up this early in the morning, on a weekend's day at that! She had gone to bed late, intending to sleep in in the morning, like she did every single weekend day. But Narcissa obviously had other plans, and Melanie was not appreciating the dark shadows under her eyes, giving her quite a bad look that matched her gloomy mood. She was no early bird and, not knowing yet what was the meaning of all this, she was even more snappish than usual. She tightened the hold on her cloak, pulling it closer to her body as the morning October air felt rather cold for her, considering that she was not properly awake yet. She would have gladly used two or three hours of sleep more, considering the fact that she had gone to bed at two the previous night. Of course, it was her own fault that she had been in bed so late - though the letter she had had to write to her father was very important and she knew that if he hadn't gotten it at the first hour this morning, she would have been in trouble, to say the least - but she couldn't exactly know she would have to be up at seven in the morning.

With a small huff, she pushed away the strands of hair that had fallen over her face, shivering lightly as she was still wearing her pyjamas underneath her cape, having woken up too late to get dressed properly without being late for Narcissa's little meeting about whatever it was she wanted to talk about. When her eyes finally found the two Black sisters sitting near the edge of the Lake, they narrowed lightly against her own will and she quickened her pace a little, the wind blowing through her hair and sending chills down her spine as she tried to keep her eyes fully opened. If Melanie Jones had ever felt unattractive through her whole life, it was definitely now with her pale skin and puffy small eyes, underlined with black circles. Lack of sleep definitely did her no good, but she was too annoyed to even care about it right now.

"I hope this is important Narcissa," she said as she reached the two sisters, sitting down on the grass and gripping at her cloak to keep it closed over the clothes she was wearing underneath.

"Now, now, Cissy! Taking some drastic measures now aren't we?" She smirked when her sister spun around, holding out her wand. She of course never did anything too bad to her sisters, but never missed an opportunity to get a kick out of them. "Bella awake at this time of the morning?" Bella made a face at her sister, somewhere between 'don't push it' and 'no, I'm sleep walking.' Both were legitimate responses for Bella, but she had chosen to go with "Only for you, Cissy, only for you." Which in all aspects, was the truth. As previously stated, Bellatrix loved her beauty sleep, but not as much as her sister.

Bella and Cissa got along so much better than either of them did with Meda. Sure, she was their sister, and they acknowledged that. But something just didn't seem right. She would always agree, sure, say she felt the same, but it never felt sincere or truthful. And just that strange feeling was enough to Bellatrix question her true loyalties. She had yet to confront her about it, but the minute Andromeda gives her reason to, she [u]will[u] act on it.

Bella had what could almost be called a smile on her face as she listened to this. She was most definitely happy for Cissa, she knew how much Lucius meant to her and her sister to him. She also knew how true her sisters words were, they certainly were both much too stubborn. They had been hopelessly flirting with each other for years... but now it seemed it wasn't so hopeless after all. "Well, congratulations about that then, Cissy. Mother and Father will sure be impressed with your decision."

She couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy shoot through her as these words were exchanged. Not for Lucius, no no no. He was her sisters, she respected that. But to simply feel the same way they did. To have the same passion that shone in her sisters eyes, in hers. She knew that her time to find this was running short, and with so few eligible young men left, it would definitely prove difficult. She couldn't leave the job of keeping the pureblood factor of their family alive up to Naricissa alone... as much as her sister wouldn't mind.

"I have an idea Bella and as far as I know, there hasn't been anything like it, at least here anyway since one Tom Riddle attended Hogwarts." Bellatrix pushed the thoughts of jealousy to the back of her mind, and a strong smirk found its way onto her face when the name Tom Riddle came up. "Ahh, thinking ahead are we? Trying to secure your admission in early?" She joked with her sister. "I have asked you, Lucius, Severus, Regulas, Melanie and Rudolphus to join me here this morning. We have much to discuss." Bella was ready to give a response when she saw they had a new arrival.

Bellatrix noted the new arrival as Melanie Jones, although they had never formerly met she knew Cissa trusted her. So although Bella was suspicious of her, her sister's trust had decreased these feelings. Instead of anything fancy, Bella greeted Melanie with a simple "Morning."

"I thought you would be happy about Lucius and I. There is a bit more to tell on that matter." She smiled at her sister, running a hand through her golden hair, her eyes still reflecting the happiness she felt, something that was rarely ever seen on Narcissa. "I was just writing to Mother to tell her the news." She said as she reached for the letter she was writing, rolled it up and placed it inside of her bag.

"I was tempting him, like I usually do. I have done this many times before, getting only so close to him and then pulling back from him. His responses were always the same. He would put that smirk on his face and shrug it off. I know Lucius well and I knew I had gotten to him when I did it." She smirked for a minute looking up into Bella's stone gray eyes. "This time however, I guess temptation was more prevalent. I had just gotten dangerously close to him, and turned away. He grabbed my hands and pulled me towards him, a bit roughly." A sly smile spread on her red lips. "Then he kissed me and let me tell you, this was no ordinary kiss Bella. It was full of passion. I could feel his desire for me. It was like nothing I have ever felt in my entire life."

She held her smile for a few moments and then turned her head towards the right as she saw someone approach. "Melanie, you are looking rather......tired." Narcissa joked with her. She knew that Bellatrix or Melanie were not morning people. "Look, I am sorry that I had to get you both out of bed so damn early, but I needed to talk to you where no one would hear us. Not too many people are up this early in the morning and especially outside."

She adjusted her position and sat up, stretching her legs out in front of her and putting her hands behind her on the ground to support her weight as she leaned back a bit. "What I want to tell you both is quite important but I don't want to get into all the details until we are all here. I will at least wait for Lucius and Severus to arrive, they will be key players, as well as the two of you."

Melanie nodded at Bellatrix, not in the mood for any talking, not that she usually talked to the girl anyway. She knew she was a talented witch who shared the same ambition as she and Cissy, yet she couldn't exactly picture them being friends. They rarely even talked even though often brought together by the presence of Narcissa whom they both spent time with. Melanie was not one to trust people easily, and makes friends was not an easy task. She couldn't say why she had instantly trusted Narcissa when meeting her, but she had. She was, however, the only person who she did trust, apart from her own family, and even then... Pureblood families weren't as easily trusted as they used to be - blood traitors could easily be found among the lot. Sirius Black was the perfect example of such, and even though the Black family was noble and pure, there were bound to be some rotted apples in the tree. Melanie couldn't help but feel suspicious of Narcissa's younger sister, though she didn't know exactly why. The shy girl had never yet gone against her family's wishes and usually did everything her sisters told her to do. Yet, she had been seen talking to her blood traitor cousin a few times, and Melanie wondered what could be the effect of such meetings on the younger girl. She had, however, never voiced her concerns to Narcissa, knowing it was probably not the best of ideas.

When she heard her friend making a comment about her looking tired, she turned her head to scowl darkly at the blonde haired girl, folding her arms on her chest and lifting her chin lightly. "Well I am sorry if I'm a displeasure to your eyes Narcissa, but I'm not in the habit of having merely five hours of sleep per night. Whichever plans popped into that head of yours, I'm sure it could have waited another few hours. There are other places where we can all be alone without being disturbed," Melanie said scornfully. She was already in a bad mood and her friend's teasing was nothing to enlighten it.

She moved to sit by a tree that was nearby and leaned back on it, frowning as she folded her arms over her stomach. On top of that, they had to wait for the knight in sparkling armor and the gloomy boy to arrive before Narcissa shared her thoughts. This morning just kept getting better and better. She huffed silently and sat sulkily, waiting for the other people whose presence Narcissa had requested to arrive.

Sadira Parkinson woke up early, showered, dressed and made her way out of the Slytherin common room, across the sublevels of the school and climbed the stairs up to the main floor. She then walked out the front doors and made her way across the grounds towards the Black Lake. She was supposed to be meeting Narcissa Black here, as well as a few others for something that Narcissa needed to talk to them about. It had to be pretty important to get them all out here so early. She didn't mind the early time, though she was sure a few did. She often stayed up late and got up early. She took sleep as a waste of time. You couldn't get anything done when you were sleeping and Sadira's brain was always working. Either learning or thinking of ideas for things. She just didn't require much sleep.

As she got closer to the lake, she noticed that there were a few out there already. Narcissa and Bellatrix Black and Melanie Jones. A sly smirk formed on her lips as she approached them, flopping herself on the ground next to Bellatrix. The two of them had been been best friends for quite a few years now. She liked Narcissa and Melanie too. "So, what the hell are we all doing out here anyway?" She asked Narcissa while running her fingers through her dark hair. She then lay sideways on the grass, propping her elbow on the ground to hold her weight and resting her hand behind her head. "I do hope it's something dark and sinister. It's been too long since we have had any excitement." She let out a dark and dangerous laugh, her vibrant green eyes lighting up to match her devious expression.

The cold Autumn wind was blowing, it was quite bitter for this time of year and that meant only one thing, a long and frigid winter. Amara Wolfe pulled her cloak up tighter around her body as she made her way across the grounds towards the Black Lake, a place where she always liked to come to relax, clear her head but this morning, she was here for different reasons. Narcissa Black had asked her and a few fellow Death Eaters to meet her out here. She thought it a bit odd she had chosen such an early time in the morning to congregate but she assumed Narcissa had a reason for her earliness, most likely to avoid prying eyes and anyone that might be able to overhear them talking. She knew Narcissa well and this was most likely something pretty important given the list of people that were asked to come. Narcissa had asked Bellatrix Black, Lucius Malfoy, Rodolphus Lestrange, Severus Snape, Regulus Black, Sadira Parkinson and Melanie Jones. All members of the school that were considered the most dark and sinister, all with one goal in mind, to join the Dark Lord, become a Death Eater.

As she neared the lake she saw that quite a few of the people asked to come where there already though none of the males had arrived yet. She laughed a bit at this group of girls sitting around, the male members of their little group most likely still in bed. She walked up to Bellatrix, a slight smirk on her face and then sat down beside her. “Well, I see that half of us are here anyway, what’s this all about anyway? She asked in an inquisitive voice.

She lay herself back in the grass, her elbows on the ground behind her to support her weight and her legs stretched out in front of her. She looked towards the front door of the school, trying to see if the others were coming yet, seeing no one she then set her focus back on the girls in front of her. “I have a feeling things are going to get quite interesting around here. Look at the group of us that are gathered here already, strong, powerful, merciless and it’s only half of us. Get us all together in one location and I do believe we have unstoppable team, one that is capable of causing quite a bit of destruction. I myself am looking forward to it.” She placed a large and sinister smirk on her lips and ran a hand through her hair, her eyes hinting at the evil witch she was.

Rodolphus Lestrange walked down the front steps of Hogwarts, his cloak wrapped tight around him. The wind was blowing and it wasn't summer anymore; he was cold. His arms shivered a little and he sped up. Whatever Narcissa wanted, it had better be good. Although Bella would be there and any excuse to see her was enough for Rodolphus. Leaves crunched under his feet as he quickly made his way down to the Black Lake, where he was sure the Black sisters were already spending there time. They weren't in the common room when he walked out, nor where they in the Great Hall. The only place left was the Black Lake.

He reached the side of the lake where they were all seated. Narcissa, his lovely Bella, Melanie and Amara were all lounging around. He wondered vaguely if Cissy had started telling the others what her idea was, and sped up. He reached them with a happy look on his face. They hadn't seen or heard him approach, so he stepped up behind Bellatrix and whispered in her ear, "Hey, Beautiful."

A smirk formed on Bella's lips when she noticed Sadira flop down next to her. Herself and Sadira's friendship was one of the few things she very much valued. "I do hope it's something dark and sinister. It's been too long since we have had any excitement." "Dark and sinister? Us? No. We're planning how we're going to approach Professor Sprout to offer to water every plant in the greenhouses for her." Bellatrix spoke these words with sarcasm like venom. She then in a different tone added, "When have you, Sadira Parkinson, known us to do something not dark and sinister?" with a wide smirk on her face. She was quite proud of her ways, and felt no guilt in making it known.

Soon after Sadira joined them, she noticed Amara sit down on Bella's other side. It seemed people were finally waking up now. "What's this about? Well I wouldn't know. Cissy has been pretty quiet for the last couple minutes." She turned to look at her sister, giving her a look as if saying 'Ready to spill it yet?'

Her ears picked up on the sound of crunching leaves a little ways behind her, but decided better than to turn around. Instead, she turned to her best friend and spoke "So, anything interesting happening in your life, Sadira?" with a sudden emphasis on interesting.

Suddenly she heard the footsteps almost directly behind her and finally a familiar voice whisper in her ear "Hey, Beautiful." Rodolphus Lestrange. Her mouth twitched into one of her rare smiles that she wore she was around him. She turned around slightly, just enough she she could see him, that smile still on her lips. "It's about time you got here, where the hell are the rest of the guys? We don't have all day here and I have more important things to do than sit around a lake all day." She spoke in an almost teasing tone. Then in a lighter tone added, "Good to see you though, I have missed you" still wearing that rarely seen smile... it was a good thing this was early, and not many were around to see it.

"It's about time you got here, where the hell are the rest of the guys? We don't have all day here and I have more important things to do than sit around a lake all day." He noticed the smile on her face and the teasing tone of her voice and he smiled. This was his Bella, the only one he had ever truly fallen for.

"I don't know about the rest of the guys, no one was up when I left to come out here. I expect it shouldn't be too long, though." His smile grew a little more. "I too have more important things to do today," and leaning down he said, "how about we meet up in an empty classroom later? I've missed you too." He smiled at her and then sat down beside her. He casually threw his arm around her as they sat. He noticed Sadira, who he hadn't seen earlier. "How are you, Sadira?"

Narcissa was pleased to see the arrival of most of the ones that she had invited here. She was only waiting on Lucius, Severus, Regulus and Xavier. She assumed that they would be there shortly. She couldn't help but let a rare smile escape her lips as she looked at the group gathered around her. One day so, they would all be working together. Strong tools in the Dark Lord's army they would be. She just didn't want to wait until they were all done with school. They were all seventh years but Regulus, who was not too far behind them. This little group that she had gathered, this team of the most sinister thinking witches and wizards in the school, would be, she was quite sure, very pleased with her plans.

"Sadira, Amara, Rodolphus, thanks for agreeing to meet me here. All will be revealed, your reasons for being here as soon as the others arrive. I am certain you will find my thoughts, my plans quite satisfactory." Her eyes drifted over to her sister and Rodolphus. It certainly looked like the two of them had gotten a bit closer, much like her and Lucius were becoming. Mother and father would be quite pleased to see at least two of their daughters following through with their family expectancies, values. Even if she hadn't been brought up in such a strict household that was so dead set against marrying anyone who wasn't pure and shared in their way of thinking, she still would have wanted Lucius. He really was perfect for her. She had her chance with a few others. There were quite a few she was sure would want to be with her, that was obvious by the looks she got when just simply walking down the hallway. But Lucius was her match, in every way. He could do things to her, make her feel ways that she never thought would ever be possible. She loved him deeply.

She turned herself towards Rodolphus, her crystal blue eyes looking into his. "Any sign of the others? I am growing a bit impatient. I want to reveal to you all why I am here, I just don't want to get going and have to repeat myself again, that would be a waste of time."

He turned his eyes away from Bella and over to her sister. "No, no sign. I expect it shouldn't be too long. You aren't the only impatient one, but I begrudge that I do have a much more pleasant way to pass the time than you," he said as he nuzzled Bellatrix' neck. He only had eyes for her, she was the perfect woman for him. Yeah, he flirted a bit, but most of the time it was with her. No one who knew anything about her crossed her, and that was one of the most exciting things about her. She could be incredibly evil, and so could he.
