Sadira Parkinson walked down the first floor corridor, her long dark hair swaying against the back of her Slytherin robes. She looked straight ahead, her vibrant green eyes fixated on where she was going, a million thoughts running through her mind. She had learned quite a few things recently, things that both shocked and relieved her at the same time. The main thing being what Regulus had revealed to her.

She entered the Defense against the Dark Arts classroom and saw that she was the first one there. She sighed a bit, she was hoping at least Bellatrix, Regulus or Severus would be here already but they had not arrived yet. She took a seat at the back of the classroom, took out her textbook and glanced up at the board which read :::

Boggart's and how to deal with them in a proper and safe manner

She opened her book and found the page that started the chapter on boggarts and quickly glanced at it. She didn’t get nervous too often but she had to admit she was a bit nervous about this lesson. If she was called upon by the professor to face a boggart then the whole class would see her biggest fear. Her fear was none other than failing the Dark Lord. There were a few reasons for this but people would just see the fact of what it was. Most people in the school knew where she stood in her beliefs (or assumed) and knew that many of her family members served him, but for them to actually see her in this situation made her a bit uncomfortable. She would lay low and appear to be studying the chapter and maybe the Professor wouldn’t call on her. If he did, she really wasn’t too sure what his reaction was going to be.

Amara Wolfe walked down the corridor heading towards the Defense Against The Dark Arts classroom. She had always enjoyed this class. The Professor, Kellador, was one of her favorites. He was a bit odd and old as the hills but he had always kept the lessons interesting, made them a bit fun. The Dark Arts were something that Amara was quite interested in, not so much defending them. When she left Hogwarts, she would join the group that administered them, not the ones that would need to defend them. She found this a bit amusing. Here they were teaching students to defend themselves against dark wizards when would be dark wizards attended that same class, seeing how their soon to be enemies would respond to the curses thrown at them. It was almost to the dark wizards favor, they would know how their enemy would respond, and thus, could figure out a way to get around it. 'Advantages.'

She smiled widely at these thoughts as she pushed the classroom door open, her eyes looking straight forward at the letters on the blackboard. "Boggarts," she said out loud, "oh what a joy this is going to be."

She looked to her left and saw that Sadira was sitting at one of the tables in the back. She walked over towards her and sat herself at the table in front of hers, turning herself to face her. "This lesson should be quite interesting though I am not sure I want my boggart revealed, as I am sure a lot of people will think like this. In my opinion, our darkest fears should remain with us but I suppose it is better to learn how to handle them now, then later." She sighed heavily as she turned around and slid her text book out of her bag and placed it on the table in front of her. She began to read the chapter but was having a bit of a hard time focusing, concentrating on the words before her. Her thoughts for some reason drifting to an earlier conversation she had had with another student. These thoughts were enough to bring the slightest hint of a smile to her lips.

Melanie yawned lightly as she slowly made her way to the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom - such an useless subject - her chin held high while she looked around at the few students who were walking in the corridors, snickering to herself when two young first year Gryffindor students ran away from her after she simply looked at them. How brave, really... She shook her head lightly, tossing her brown curls behind her shoulders as she pushed open the door of the classroom, looking inside to see who was there already. When she saw only Sadira and Amara were there yet, a light smirk curled her lips and she entered the room, nodding at the two girls and making her way to her usual table at which she usually sat alone, though she always had her hopes of sitting with someone in particular.

As she took out her text book, quills, piece of parchment and ink, she glanced at the blackboard and groaned inwardly, rolling her eyes. Boggarts, how lovely. She wasn't really fond of the idea of people knowing her deepest fear, and she was pretty sure she was not the only one. Strangely enough though, whenever she thought of the death of the Dark Lord, she no longer felt that incredible fright she used to feel, though she couldn't understand why. The bare thought of loosing who would be her and her friend's leader soon used to make her tremble, but now, even though it was still a frightening idea, it was not as strong as it used to be. As thought she was more afraid of something else now, though she didn't quite know what. One thing was sure though - she didn't want to find out what it was in front of the whole classroom.

"If there was ever a time during which I'd have wanted to ditch this class, it's now," she muttered to herself though loud enough for the two other girls to hear her as she let out a light sigh. However, she was not exactly in the mood for a detention. "Or maybe hex the teacher," she added with a light smirk, looking up and tilting her head slightly as she placed her wand on her desk beside her text books, her fingers lightly brushing along it.

Amelia Bones traipsed into her Defense Against the Dark Arts class, and saw that-just her luck-only the Slytherins had arrived thus far. She sat down in a seat near the door, glancing out of the corner of her eyes at her classmates. As long as they didn't bother her, this class should go smoothly. Turning her head to the board, she squinted slightly, reading what had been scrawled up there by the Professor. Ugh. she thought with a slight scowl. I really need to think about getting some glasses...Boggarts, eh? Running a hand through her dark wavy hair, Amelia leaned back in her seat, wondering what her boggart would be. Knowing the Slytherins, as soon as they found out they'd most likely set up some sort of prank to duplicate it. She pursed her lips at the mere thought.

Her head jerked up, she had caught the last bit of what Melanie Jones had been saying-she was, after all, only a table and a desk away. Her eyes narrowed. Hexing the teacher? Over a simple boggart lesson? And knowing Slytherin's head of house, she could probably guess that Melanie wouldn't be punished for it-she might even have been patted on the back. That sort of pampering and sheer disregard for justice made Amelia's blood boil. She forced herself to look away from Melanie, and opened her book to the section on Boggarts. Might as well be a little prepared. she sighed. The subject matter seemed fairly easy, they probably waited until seventh year to teach the charm not because it was difficult, because seventh years were thought to be old enough to handle seeing their deepest, darkest fears in front of them.

"No one's ready for that," she said to herself quietly as she flipped a page. Personally, she thought if the students were taught younger how to deal with their fears, they would be able to cope with them better as they aged. But, no one listened to her. Not yet anyways. When she became a judge on the Wizengamot, people would have to listen to her. A slight smile spread across Amelia's face at the thought. She finished reading about boggarts, and closed her book, glancing up at the clock. Where is[/i] everybody? She wondered. Usually the Ravenclaws arrived at all of the classes early, as did most of her housemates. To have the Slytherins their first felt eerily out of place.

Isabella stiffled a yawn as she slowly made her way to the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom, barely able to keep her eyes open. She'd been up practically all night reading a fascinating book about dragons, and consequently, had only gotten two hours of sleep. Obviously, the fault was hers - she should have been more sensible and put the book aside at eleven, which was the proper time to go to bed to if she wanted to get her eight hours of sleep, though she hardly ever did. Even then, she usually managed to grasp a seven or six hours of sleep per night, which was enough to keep her alert during the week, until Saturday and Sunday, when she slept in until around noon or one in the afternoon. But she was not a sensible girl, even though smart (most of the time), and the book had been so interesting that she had not noticed the time passing, or the fact that she was yawning more frequently. When she had finally closed it and glanced at her alarm clock, her tired eyes had widened in shock and she had debated if she even ought to go to sleep or if it'd be worse. Finally, she'd fallen asleep while she was still thinking about it, and her dormmates had unmercifully woken her up two hours later, saying she had to get up now.

Pushing the door of the class open, Isabella had to restrain a groan. She was not up for Slytherin's little games so early in the morning, especially not today. Of course, they weren't all that interested in making her life Hell - they prefered ignoring her, and she was more than a little grateful to them for that. Still, she was a Hufflepuff, and only Half blood - she was well aware that, if they were bored, she'd do for their amusement. Then again, they seemed to be well enough in their corner, all three girls together, and they didn't even notice her entering, which she didn't mind at all. She wasn't exactly one to fear them; actually, she liked the arguments she could get into when they tried insulting her. She had noticed that some Slytherins, even with their mean comments and insults, were not more intelligent than she was. And even though she was aware that, of all the students in the school, they were probably the only ones who'd use curses freely when given the oportunity, there was no reason really to be scared of them. She was well aware that fright made gave them even more power over their targets, and she would not give in to that. But at the time being, any argument or fight that could be avoided would be appreciated.

As she walked inside the room, when her eyes fell on Amelia and she sighed of relief, and headed over to her, sitting beside her and dropping her bag to the ground. She folded her arms on the cold surface of the desk and rested her head upon them, closing her eyes. "Please tell me we're learning something easy today and that I'll be able to steal your notes afterward?" she mumbled sleepily. She hadn't bothered checking what was the lesson of the day.

She pondered reading the next chapter in her text book...or killing herself with it. However, she was saved from any such thing thanks to the arrival of a fellow Hufflepuff. Upon hearing Isabella's voice, she turned around, grateful that she wasn't going to have to go through the class all by herself with the Slytherins. Okay, maybe not all by herself, because other people were sure to get there, but the thought was disconcerting all the same. Luckily, her pureblood status usually kept them from sniping at her too much. However, Isabella seemed as though she should still be in bed. Amelia then remembered that she and the other seventh year girls had woken Isabella up after seemingly only a few hours of sleep. Ooops.

With a sigh, she opened up her notes on the boggart, which she had taken in the past five minutes out of sheer boredom, and slid the notebook in front of Isabella. It was the least she could do since she was responsible for practically dumping her out of bed this morning. She then began explaining the class they had ahead of them.

"We're only working on boggarts, nothing to get your knickers in a twist over. Simple ridikkulus charm. Third year work. The only thing to really worry about is the fact that all of the seventh year Slytherins that are in this class are about to learn your deepest darkest fear, other than that, this class should be a piece of cake. I wouldn't worry over it too much." she rested her elbow on the desk and her head in her hand as she tapped out a rhythm on her desk, her mind wandering. Oh, shoot. I forgot my Charms homework up in the dorm. I'll have to get that later...Maybe Isabella will go with me.

Her eyes flickered over to Isabella, and after glancing at the dark circles underneath her eyes she suggested, "Do you want me to cast an Awakening Charm on you? I swear I've learned how to keep the person from not being able to sleep for four nights, really." The last bit was a joke, her first attempt at an awakening charm had only kept the unfortunate student from sleeping for one night. Of course, Isabella may not have been awake enough to register that. But oh well.

"I swear I'm not late!" Alexis Locke yelled as she ran into the Defense Against The Dark Arts Classroom. She meant to be there about fifteen minutes ago, but her hair wasn't behaving. She had spent the good part of the morning making sure it looked perfect. Then of course, once it was to Alexis's liking, she had to do her makeup. This was probably the main reason why she was "late". Or, thought that she was late. Running isn't really a good idea for Miss Locke to do. She is kind of a kultz, and tends to fall over while running. Today was no different. She fell when reaching the first set of tables. "I'm ok!" She added quickly, and stood up. It was then she noticed the Slytherins in the room. "Darn..." She muttered under her breath. Falling while running was one thing, but in front of Slytherins? That just makes in ten times worse.

She looked to her left, and saw Amelia and Isabella. Thank goodness.... Alexis thought, and walked over to her fellow Hufflepuffs. SShe took the seat on the other side of Amelia. "Morning!" She said cheerfully, and looked over at Isabella. "I think someone needs an Awakening Charm!" She guessed her cheerful-ness might be too much for those who aren't "Morning people". "Not that I could cast it," She added as an after thought, "You know that kind of stuff isn't my strong point." She ran a hand though her blonde hair. As she waited for her reply, she looked at the board.

"Boggarts? Oh goody. My least favorite thing like...ever." Of course she was really saying this to herself....but it came out kind of loudly. Oops! Her cheeks turned a little pink, but it was hard to see though all that blusher.

Marigold Nevira Greengrass walked slowly to DADA, one of her favorite classes. The 'Defense Against' part annoyed her, to be perfectly honest, but she loved learning new spells that could be... twisted... to her own desires. With that joyful idea in her head, Marigold smiled and took out her wand, just in case. Right before she was about to step into the classroom, a blur of blonde and black rushed past her. Marigold sniffed. "How rude," she murmured. Immediately in her mind, she knew that it was either a Gryffindor or a Hufflepuff. No true Slytherin would be so undignified and Ravenclaws were always either ontime, or too buried in their books to run. Glaring at the space where the student had brushed past her, Marigold tossed her auburn hair, placed a smirk on her lips, and slowly entered the classroom. Surveying the lesson on the board, Marigold sighed. Boggarts... just bloody wonderful. Rolling her eyes, Mari sat down near Sadira and Amara. "Hello," she said calmly. Marigold took out her quill, ink, and parchment notebook. She wondered how her boggart would materialize. Marigold's greatest fear was for her and her family to be mudbloods of no influence or standing... she doubted many in the class would even understand her boggart.

Alice rushed through the corridors- she'd accidentally overslept- just avoiding hitting people as she went, her short brown hair flying from her face. She felt utterly flustered- she hardly ever overslept; this morning had come as a rotten surprise. 'I hope I'm not getting sick again.' she worried as she skidded to a halt in front of her DADA classroom door.

As Alice pushed the door open, she felt a rush of nervousness at the notice on the board- her greatest fear was anything that stuck, which meant her bogart was likely to be some sort of giant bee. 'Gross' she thought, wrikling her nose as she stepped inside.

Once inside, Alice couldn't help but smile- she was back in her favorite class again. A quick glance around the room told her that she was not as late as originally thought. In fact, the only one's who'd arrived so far were a group of Slytherns and a couple Hufflepuffs. Alice immeaditly headed over towards the Hufflepuffs- she didn't particularly want anything to do with this group of Slytherns.

Finding a seat on the edge of the group, she asked, "Mind if I sit here?"

Jumping slightly at Alexis' slightly...er...loud entrance. She was late, which was typical. On the other hand, what was not typical, was the lack of their Professor's irritated response to Alexis' shouted entrance. Again, Amelia wondered where in the world their professor had gotten to. Perhaps forgotten where the class was...again. Noting Alexis' nervous glance at the Slytherin, she silently thanked Merlin that they seemed much to preoccupied with themselves to worry about what had just occurred.

"Nice of you to join us, Alexis." she chuckled, moving her chair over a little bit to give her some room. With two of her friends on either side, she felt better about facing the class. "And I've already suggested the idea of the Awakening Charm to our dear Isabella. She did not seem interested at the time. Maybe as the class goes on we shall be able to...persuade her." she grinned. The door opened again, admitting two more students. First, was Marigold Greengrass. Another Slytherin... And then Alice, a Ravenclaw. Marigold, of course, joined the other Slytherins, while Alice walked towards her, asking if she could have a seat. Gesturing towards the seat she had picked, Amelia smiled and nodded,

"Of course you can, Alice. You know Alexis and Isabella, I presume?"

"Bloody hell! I forgot my books in the Common Room! Honestly! If it's not one thing, it's another!" Alexis huffed, and crossed her arms. Totally unaware that new people had entered the room. "I swear that one day I'll remember all my-" She paused, and looked at Alice, "Hello!" She said brightly, and gave her a friendly smile. "How are you, Alice?" She uncrossed her arms, like she was never upset. She wasn't one to really even remember why she was in a huff. She took a glance at the board again. Alexis really didn't *want* to do Boggarts today. Of course, this pretty princess really just wanted to go shopping today-and every other day of the week.

Alexis quickly turned her attention to Isabella, "You really might want Millie to give you that Awakening Charm. She's really good at it. She's had to use it on me one or two times." Smiling, she saw that *another* Slytherin had "graced" them with her presents. "Oh... another one?" She asked, louder than she would have liked to. Not that she cared, she was a loud person. Turning back to Alice, she added, "We would love it if you sat with us." She looked down at her feet for a second, and then slapped her forehead. "Oh Merlin! I'm still wearing my slippers!"

Akito, dressed in the usual, a Slytherin shirt with black pants. He had it so that the tie from the shirt was showing, but the rest was covered up by a tight, black zip-up hoodie, which of course meant as usual, he had the hood over his face. The boy made his way up the climb from the Slytherin commonplace and just into the Dungeons. His stride was quick, but it had some sort of foreboding look to it, as if, Don't mess with me, I'm better then you, was just jumping out at you from the way he walked. After taking the climb up the stairs to the first floor, he planted a sneer on his face which scared off First and Second years. He didn't feel like saying anything completely and utterly nasty to them today. So, he simply gave them a cold glare combined with a sneer, and they left him alone.

'Defense against the Dark Arts. What a /lovely/ class...' he thought to himself, the sarcasm even reaching his thoughts.

He opened the door to the class loudly, slamming it shut behind himself. He gave the Students which were not in the same house as him an idle, disgusted glare and made his way to the table with the rest of the Slytherins. His sneer didn't leave his face as in inclined his head to them. The Slytherins were clearly the Superior House in his opinion, they would, however, never surpass /him/.

"The Professor hasn't shown up yet? How odd." Sarcasm dripped clearly off his words, his icey cold tone vivid along with a scowl at the empty desk where the Professor -should- be, but was not.

'So we're revealing our Boggarts today. How fun...' he thought sadistically at what opportunities this could give him to the other students. He cackled out loud, not really concerned what the others thought of him, considering they didn't know what he was thinking, it was, however clear that he was looking at the lesson written on the board.

Amelia scowled slightly at the desk, "I told you I didn't like the nickname Millie..." she mumbled, knowing it was useless. Alexis had started using the nickname for her at eleven years old, and it had stuck quite firmly. She squeaked slightly when the Slytherin boy who had just walked in cackled-and then she scowled again, angry with herself for having just squeaked in public. That was just a tad bit embarassing-Amelia didn't like showing shock or surprise in public-it made people think they had a sort of power over you. I hate it when people sneak up behind you like that... she thought to herself, twirling her quill between her fingers.

Glancing at Alexis' slippers with a slight chuckle, she suggested, "I could try transfiguring them into shoes for you, but I don't think Professor Kellador would mind. After all...he's a bit late, isn't he? I don't think he'll have time to do a cursory footwear scan before class started. That is, if he wants to get to boggarts at all today. Not that I'm upset that we're not, of course." She shrugged, continuing to twirl the quill around and around between her fingers. Maybe I didn't need to worry about this class at all...if Kellador doesn't show up that would certainly make things easier.

"AHHH!" Alexis screamed as Akito entered the room. She hated it when people slammed doors. She looked over at him. "Would you please try to enter more quietly!? You're going to break my eardrums!" She stomped her foot, but it made no noise. She pouted a little, then giggled. She loved standing up to the Slytherins. No one really even thought of her as one to stand up to people...but she never does think before she speaks. "The next time you slam a door, think about the people around you!" She narrowed her eyes at him, then faced her friends again like nothing happened.

"I know you don't like being called Millie...but that nick name is just going to stick." Alexis looked back down at her slippers. She honestly couldn't believe that she forgot her shoes! First her books, now this? She was just a mess today. She heard Amelia say something about transfiguring them into shoes. "Oh!" She said excitedly, "Would you? Could you?" She beamed at one of her best friends. "Thank, Millie." Alexis played with her blonde hair, as she blue eyes went back to the Slytherins for less than half of a second.

Akito cringed at Alexis' sudden shriek. He stood up from the Slytherin table and slowly strided over to her, his tone was cold and dark but it remained perfectly calm, no voice raising, or hint of anger could be heard in it.

"/Princess/, perhaps before you ask another to choose their actions with more silence, you should follow your own advice." he glared at her from underneath his hood, obviously talking about the scream.

He scowled at her and turned on his heel, stalking back over to his previous table, muttering something that sounded like, 'Hypocrite', he sat down and gave the others a glance, then stared at the lesson name again. 'I don't really care if they see mine...everyone can probably guess it already.' he thought, the sadistic grin returning to his face. He dusted off his pants and sweater. He had actually talked to a Hufflepuff. A sudden feeling to shudder came over him, and he did. His air was probably intoxicated now. He looked back over at the table of over houses with a glare.

'What makes her think -she- can talk to /me/? Hah. That's really rich. One who falls into such an inferior house has absolutely no right to even attempt to open their mouthes to one of such a superior house.' The glare that he had focused on the table turned into more of a sneer, and then, he returned his gaze back to the lesson.

The brunette jumped again when Alexis screamed. Oh my goodness...This class was certainly turning out to be very loud. This observation was continued when her friend began telling off the Slytherin boy-and then giggling. Akita told Alexis off right back, finishing by storming back over to his table. How incredibly mature of him. House rivalry this early in the morning isso not healthy...I'm not going to be able to concentrate. she thought as she got out her wand to transfigure Alexis' slippers into shoes. Slippers were fairly transfigurable, they had been used in Transfiguration in previous years.

"Okay, Alexis, what kind of shoe do you want? Obviously they'll be pink. I'm fairly good at sneakers, and I can manage ballet flats, but sometimes they go a little...funny. And by funny, I mean they shed puffs of fur at times." she explained, rolling up her sleeves with a smile.

Blue eyes glared at this Slytherin boy. How dare he call her "Princess"? Honestly...only her mum, dad, and brothers could call her that. She huffed really loudly. "Stupid Slytherins...Trying to act all...strong and mighty." She said, loud enough for him to hear. She twirled her hair even faster, and the anger in her eyes was growing. She turned back to Amelia, her eyes going soft and really sweet again. Her happy smile was back, and she knew this always confused people. One second she was about to kill someone, and the next she was smiley-sweet.

"Could you make them ballet flats?" She looked down at her slippers, and chuckled a little. "Oh, and yes." She paused for a second, "Make them pink, Millie."

The second she uttered the word 'stupid', he burst out laughing, the laughing swiftly turned into a cackle as she stated he was attempting to act 'Strong and Mighty', his gaze fell off the lesson of the day and over to her. The smirk faded from the cackling and turned into his trademark sneer.

With the oh-so calm voice he began speaking. It was just loud enough so she could hear, but not to the point of sounding angry, "Trying to act Strong and Mighty? You're a little off, Hufflepuff. I was doing quite the contrary." he rolled his eyes and looked back at the lesson.

'Why is she still talking to me? I swear...next word she utters to me I'm going to hex her.' he thought, and grumbled and sunk down into his seat, crossing his arms over his chest.

His cold, piercing gaze went back over to her. He mainly noted that she was not wearing shoes, but rather, slippers. A single eyebrow cocked at that, and then he noticed she had no books. He smirked at her and lifted his own books up from the floor then stared down at his Converse flats. They had a black and white checkerboard pattern on them, but they were slightly damaged, he had been wearing them for years, not wishing to spend his money on such a necessary, but expensive product. He looked away from his shoes, and at her slippers again, shaking his head slowly.

"Real big hypocrite..." he muttered quietly, perhaps talking about how she had dubbed him stupid.

"Hey!" She yelled to the moody Slytherin, standing up this time, "First you call me 'Princess', then 'Hufflepuff'. Why don't you call me by my name, Aki?" She said his nick name with a smirk. "Or do you not know it, Aki?" She tapped her slippered foot, "Well, It's Alexis, Aki. Alexis Locke, Aki." Her pearly white teeth shown every time she said the nick name that he hated. "Isn't that a pretty name, Aki?" She sat back down, and drummed her pink painted nails on the table. The playful smile danced across her pink lips.

Her eyes then looked down at his shoes, she raised an eyebrow at him. "Nice shoes..." She said in a sarcastic tone. So she was wearing her slippers....at least they said "Princess" on them, and were pink. Who wouldn't love that? She blew blonde hair out of her bright blue eyes, looking back into his. "Really," She paused, "They're lovely,Aki." She turned back to her friends, ignoring the fact that she just talked to a Slytherin. She felt bad that she was starting the day off like this....but no one messes with this Princess.

Marigold mentally groaned as she looked down at her notebook. It was that Hufflepuff, Locke. If ever there could be the most ditzy, idiotic, hypocritical, annoying person at Hogwarts, it would be her. 'Another one?' she heard the silly Hufflepuff ask. Her loud, insensitive voice grated on Marigold's ears. But she could do nothing about it. Locke and the rest of those meaningless Hufflepuffs were far too low to even notice. So Marigold went on ignoring them, even though at the moment, what she really wanted to do was curse Locke into oblivion. But of course, that would be terribly unsophisticated and would definitely not be allowed. A pasted smirk on her lips, Marigold tried to block out Locke's ramblings, but it was much easier thought than done. Especially when the stupid girl squealed about not having her books and her slippers. Marigold quickly rolled her eyes and dipped her quill in her ink. She began drawing in her notebook, just to have some form of distraction from the Hufflepuff. Then, the doors burst open and in came someone else. Mari looked up and this time, a real smirk appeared.

It was Akito. Though the Slytherin was only a half-blood and Mari was disappointed by his almost all black clothes, Aki was quite the textbook when it came to torture and the Dark Arts. So even though he was on a much lower rung then Marigold herself, she had a little respect for him. He sat down and Marigold nodded in greeting. She felt her mood begin to lift a little, until that nonsensical Locke tried to engage Aki in conversation. What a naive little girl. Marigold was glad Akito was conveniently there to shoot down that Hufflepuff's words, as Marigold couldn't do it herself. She sighed and glanced back at the door. Where was the Professor?

Sometimes Alexis doesn't seem to know when to quit... Amelia thought, worried. She transfigured the slippers into pink ballet flats-she was fairly proud of them, she had even managed to add glitter and a little pink bow on each of them. I should go into shoe design for a living...forget being a lawyer... she giggled slightly to herself, putting her wand away before seeing that Akito hadn't walked away and was now glaring at Alexis. The glare that formed on Amelia's face was so fierce, it was hard to believe her to be one of the 'soft' Hufflepuffs. "Aki..." she started warningly, wondering if she could pull her wand out again. Just as she did so, Professor Kellador came huffing and puffing into the room.

"So sorry that I am late, class. There was a bit of a problem in the teacher's lounge. Professor Slughorn spilt some potion...huge mess."He shook his head feebly, although his discontent with their Potions professor was clear. "Now, what are we up to today? Ah, yes, right, boggarts. Now, here in my desk-"Amelia's brown eyes widened in shock when, after Professor Kellador had sharply rapped the desk's surface, it shook violently."Is a boggart, do we have any volunteers to go first...perhaps you, Mr. Sohma, since you are currently standing?"Amelia grinned to herself, the Slytherin boy going first seemed like a perfect idea.

He looked away from her slippers and up at her, the most icey glare imaginable formed on his already cold gaze. It was a mixture of a somber look, slightly hurt, but outraged to the max. He scowled at her, not even really paying attention to what she was talking about. His hand went down to his pocket where his wand lay, and he began to finger it, then slowly pulling it out, not completely, just enough for a warning. It seemed that the Hufflepuff Princess had finally ceased her rant, but someone else dared to call him by his most hated name. His head snapped over in Amelia's direction and he started waving his wand at her, muttering something, obviously an incantation. He was about to do the final flick of the wand but he heard the door open and he quickly ceased his actions, with a glare at the pair of them.

'What right do THEY have to call me THAT?! Disgusting, filthy, boring, incompetent, stupid, ugly annoying Hufflepuffs!' he thought, very peeved. His gaze swiftly averted over to where the Professor entered with the smallest scowl.

"You're late for class and now you're asking /me/ to go first? How about -you- go first?" he eyed the Professor, his tone no longer calm and collected, but furious and enraged beyond the point of controlling his words properly. He didn't want detention, but, he figured from that last outburst it would happen anyways.

He sat back down, the glare and scowl fading from his face, he did however twitch occasionally. "It seems you're the only one standing now." he said, just loud enough for the Professor the hear, the tone was back to his previous, calm. He brushed his hands down his waist, resting them on his hips. He gave a slight glance to Marigold, almost fearing what her reaction might be. He didn't show it in his gaze though, it was still a cool gaze, but not nearly as cold as he would use with the Hufflepuffs.

Typical Professor Slughorn...Always a little bit klutzy. She looked down at her shoes, and beamed. "Thank, Millie!" She said quietly, but excitedly. Her eyes looked over at the Professor. She thought that maybe...just maybe he would forget about rhe whole Boggart thing. She really didn't want to have everyone see what her Boggart was. Alexis gave a small, girlie sigh. Professor Kellador was talking again. "Is a boggart, do we have any volunteers to go first...perhaps you, Mr. Sohma, since you are currently standing?" Alexis saw Amelia smirk, and she did too. Serves him right...

Mr. Sohma, that's a dentention and twenty points from Slytherin, and you will be going first. Now, if you please... He sat back down, and looked at Aki. Alexis smiled, "Come on, Aki. Let's see that scary Boggart of yours..." Professor Kellador gave Alexis a look, Miss Locke, this is not the time... Alexis smiled, but didn't add anything.

He scowled quietly as the detention was stated and the points were taken. He glanced around at his fellow Slytherins. He almost hoped they didn't care about points, /he/ certainly didn't. What did it matter anyways? Slytherins knew they were the best and that was all that mattered to him. Though in the beginning he didn't really care if people found out about his Boggart, mainly because he didn't really know what it was, but now that he began to think about it...it would be absolutely traumatic for the class to find out what it was.

Akito glared at Kellador, keeping his posture and his calm, steady voice structure, "Professor. I believe that someones worst fear should remain confidential to his or her own person. I don't believe I'm ready to let a group of people know what it is, and therefore. I refuse." he added a small smile at the end of his sentence and remained sitting. He absolutely refused, and that was that.

A small glare drifted over to the Hufflepuffs, he could see them smirking. What a bunch of goody-toe-shoes. It made him sick watching them. So he looked away, he stared into the Professors eyes. Nothing that he could do or say would make him get up and show them his Boggart. Nothing, Nothing, Nothing!

She heard Aki say. Well....now he was NOT going to get away with that. Professor Kellador looked like he was pondering this for a moment, after he took away ten more points for being rude. Alexis gave Aki a tiny smirk before raising her hand. She almost didn't want to do this, but she knew it had to be done. She gave the Professor one of her famous girlie smiles, and waved her hand a little bit.

When he muttered her name, Alexis said, "Professor, I don't think it's fair that Aki here should be the one to tell you what and what not to do. Honestly, I'm sure some of us want to face our Boggarts," Not me though... "So I think Aki should have to do his Boggart if the rest of us do." She drummed her nails on the table again, and even gave Aki a cheery smile, knowing that he would hate it, and winked at him.
