A boy disguised in dark robes, with a Ravenclaw tie, with a hood fitted so well, that his face was completely shadowed, who looked to be fourth or fifth year, judging by his height, strode through the halls. He was being extremely silent, stealth was after all his area of expertise, why would a young student be up so late at night for no apparent reason? Reason one: The student wasn't all that young, in was infact sixteen and in his Seventh year at this school, the reason for the dark robe and Ravenclaw tie, as well as his extremely short height through people off, though. This was in fact, Akito Sohma. He wasn't strolling through the halls of Hogwarts in the middle of the night for no reason, either. He was either hoping to run into someone he planned to break, or some helpless, lost student he could pick pocket. People /had/ to be carrying -some- money, if not, he'd just take whatever he deemed to be valuable. He never revealed his identity to anyone, either, so Akito, was never caught. However, the bigger reason for wandering at this time was to find that person from the class in DADA today. Alexis Locke. The name made him shudder, it also made him want to inflict pain: on anyone, her, himself, a random student. He resisted from that all through out the class, though he wanted to. He decided to save it. He doubted that he'd find Locke wandering the halls at this hour, but he thought it was worth a try. She would know who broke her pleasant spirit too, he wouldn't conceal his identity at that point. Oh no, no way. She would know who did that to her, and he -knew- she wouldn't tell, because he would warn her that the same fate would befall her again, and worse, or her brother. She wouldn't dare utter a word to anyone.
He heard a sound, and his ears twitched in the direction he heard it. He slowly, and quietly made his way over to where it came from and then noticed a fellow Hogwart student sitting on the floor. He smirked, not able to tell yet who it was. It was however a girl, and she looked kind of weak from what he could see. This wouldn't be a problem, especially not for a person who practiced Thievery from age four. He made his way closer, stalking and as quiet as a cat could move, as he came closer, he noticed that it was /just/ the person who he was looking for. Miss Locke. A grin appeared on his face as he noted who it was, and he removed the robe before he got to close for her to notice his presence, as well as took the hood down, and also removed the Ravenclaw tie. Which now left him in some skinny black jeans, black and white checkerboard converse flats, and a fairly tight t-shirt with random gibberish written on it. Under the t-shirt he had a long sleeve shirt with a hood on it, he pulled the hood up and fitted it so his face could be some-what be seen, and then he strode over to her with a concerned expression. He of course, wasn't the slightest bit concerned why she was out here, but he had to get her to trust him, and like him for a bit.
"Alexis?" he blinked at her, and stepped closer, just beside her now, looking down at her with raised eyebrows, the concerned look still lingering. "What're you doing out here at this hour? You might get...caught." He said, as kindly and pleasantly as possible. "I'm sorry about how I acted towards you in the class today. I'd rather just be friends, because honestly, I don't care what the rest of the Slytherins think." he finished, the kindness still dripping on his words. He held out his hand for her to grab to help her stand up with a smile. Deep down, he was disgusted that he would let this filthy girl touch him, but, he knew it was part of that act, and that was that.
